*The HOA Board is pleased to announce that 2016 Annual HOA dues will remain unchanged at $265.00. Additionally, the HOA Board has approved another one time 20% reduction of the 2016 HOA annual dues if paid before February 12, 2016 making the dues $212.
*Oak Ridge Forest will begin collecting email addresses form residents for limited email blasts for those who wish to be added. Your email will not be shared with anyone outside of the HOA Board and the management company, nor will it be sold to anyone. We currently plan to start using the emails in 2016 for reminders, notifications, newsletters, alerts, etc. If you wish to be added or removed from the list at any time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject of “ADD to Oak Ridge Forest Email” or “REMOVE from Oak Ridge Forest Email”.
* Investment Management Company has moved to a closer location with a new phone number and address.
* Please be advised that the new Fine & Fee Schedule is in effect. After numerous requests from home owners to do more to address lingering deed restriction violations, the HOA Board unanimously voted to implement a Fine & Fee Schedule. Please click here to download the Fine & Fee Schedule. We encourage all home owners to read the Fine & Fee Schedule and let us know if you have any questions.
* The HOA Board agreed to eliminate the $15.00 ACC Application fee, effective May 9, 2011. The HOA Board agreed to this change in order to encourage Oak Ridge Forest homeowners to submit an ACC application for any additions/improvements they are looking to make to their homes/properties. Common additions/improvements include (but are not limited to): new sheds, porches/pergolas, pools, house additions and new fences. The HOA Board wants to ensure that additions/improvements coincide with the requirements outlined in the homeowners’ covenant. When additions/improvements are done according to the ACC guidelines, it improves the value of all the homes in the neighborhood, not just the home benefitting from the addition/improvement. The HOA Board thanks you for your cooperation.
* The monthly HOA Board meetings have been moved to the 2nd Monday of every other month. Click here for the next meeting date and time. We usually meet at the Investment Management Company’s office located at 2002 Timberloch Place, Suite 150A, The Woodlands, TX 77380. If the meeting will be held at a different venue, we will post about it here. All Oak Ridge Forest residents are welcome to attend the public forum portion of the monthly meetings.
